1. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer of Liability
The information & guidance provided during our courses, products, coaching sessions, & other resources are for educational & informational purposes only. We offer professional recommendations & support based on our expertise; however, we make no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes or results. You acknowledge & agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential results or losses arising from the use or application of the advice given. The implementation of strategies & responsibility for your child's education remains solely with you.
2. No-Refund Policy
All coaching services, courses, & products are provided "as is" & are non-refundable. Once a session, course, or package is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with services. We are committed to providing valuable guidance & support for your homeschooling journey, & by proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge & agree to this no-refund policy.
3. Coaching Relationship
We are committed to providing a positive coaching experience. If at any time during our work together either party senses this isn't the best match, we will ensure we conclude our current coaching session or package smoothly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided within our Services, including but not limited to courses, guides, handouts, videos, & other materials, are the exclusive property of ATC Teacher Training Academy & are protected by copyright & other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access & use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content without our express written permission.
5. Community Guidelines
Our Services may include a private community feature where you can interact with other students. This community is a supportive space for sharing ideas & experiences. By using the community, you agree to:
Treat all members with respect & kindness.
Refrain from posting any content that is offensive, harassing, or discriminatory.
Not use the community for self-promotion, advertising, or selling products or services without our prior approval.
We reserve the right to remove any content or to terminate the access of any user who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion, without a refund. You understand that we are not responsible for the content, actions, or advice of other community members.
6. User-Generated Content
Any information, content, or personal data you post in our community or provide as a testimonial is considered "User-Generated Content." By submitting this content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, & non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, & display it for the purposes of our Services & marketing. We will always obtain your express permission before using your full name in a testimonial.

10. Technical Difficulties & Support
We are committed to providing a seamless learning experience. In the event of technical difficulties while accessing our Services, we will make every reasonable effort to provide assistance & resolve the issue.

We are not liable for technical difficulties that are outside of our control, such as a user’s internet connection issues, device compatibility problems, or browser settings.
If a significant technical failure on our platform prevents you from accessing a course or other purchased content for an extended period, & we are unable to provide a reasonable solution or workaround, we will offer to provide access to the content through an alternate method or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Our commitment is to ensure you receive the service you have paid for.
